A new grill made by a Brooklyn-based chef with a penchant for steak is the latest product from a Brooklyn restaurant that focuses on cooking meat and veggies at home.
It’s called The Grill.
It’s a one-person operation, but the two people behind it, chef Justin Chia, and his wife, chef Jennifer Chia (the name is a play on Jennifer and her wife, Jennifer), say they are passionate about cooking.
Justin Chia opened The Grill last year with his wife.
Their goal is to cook, and they’ve already cooked everything from chicken breasts to roasted sweet potatoes to beef and turkey.
Jennifer Chiac says she cooks her food to order, using only ingredients she has at home to make sure she has the right ingredients and that she can trust her cook.
The Grill’s menu is eclectic and full of options.
We tried a few, but mostly what we saw was beef brisket and chicken with cornbread and potatoes, along with a few vegetarian dishes.
The restaurant also has a bar with live music and wine.
The restaurant offers a range of options for those wanting to try their hand at a food truck.
It also offers a “pork-to-grill” service, which means you’ll get a plate of meat, then grill it yourself.
It costs $50.
A couple of the dishes we tried were delicious, but a lot of the meat on the menu was not quite cooked enough for us to enjoy it.
And a few dishes didn’t seem to get the grill going right.
I was disappointed in some of the sauces.
The only real beef I liked was the buffalo and spinach-topped chicken salad.
The grill has a nice, round shape, which makes it easier to handle.
Justin Chiac said he was inspired by a grill in his family.
He thinks it’s important for food trucks to be able to offer a good experience for diners.
“I’m kind of a weird kid, so I’m not a huge fan of food trucks,” he said.
“I think food trucks are good for people who don’t like food trucks.”
The Grill opened in Brooklyn in December, and Justin Chias said he is hoping to open a restaurant in other cities by the end of the year.
