Chef Boyarcee is a New York City-based chef, chef educator and chef educator who has been creating and teaching new culinary skills for over 40 years.
His culinary experiences include stints in the culinary arts at New York’s legendary Brooklyn Bowl, the New York Steakhouse, and other iconic restaurants.
Chef Boyaree earned his Master of Science in Culinary Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and was awarded a Doctor of Science degree from Duke University in Culdea-Culpa.

He has been cooking professionally since 1989, serving over 40 restaurants worldwide, including the prestigious Brooklyn Bowl and New York State Restaurant Week.
ChefBoyardee has created many memorable dishes and he has helped to popularize cooking in a new way through his book, Cooking at Home, which has sold over 7 million copies and been translated into more than 40 languages.
Chef boyardees cookbook has sold out every week for the past 10 years.
Chef’s Cooking, ChefBoyaree’s book, was recently published by the Cooks Illustrated series.
Chef has been featured in a number of publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The Los Angeles Times.
