‘Game Of Thrones’ winner and ‘The Apprentice’ alum Alexis Bledel is joining the cast of the new “The Bachelor” spinoff.
The show is set to debut on ABC on Jan. 23.
Bledell will play an aspiring model, who will be paired with one of the show’s most recognizable faces, Bachelor candidate and model Anna Wintour.
Bledel, 24, will play Ashley Bleden, a young woman who is constantly at odds with her husband and her family.
She is an avid reader and avid watcher of books and music, which is what makes her a natural fit for the role, said a rep for ABC Entertainment.
Blesel also stars in “The Good Wife” and “American Idol,” and is known for her singing and dancing.
She has previously starred in the series “The Walking Dead” and is also set to star in the new series “Bachelor in Paradise.”ABC’s “The Voice” alum and “The Apprentice” alum is also currently starring in the “Big Brother” spin-off.
She will be the first African American woman on the series, which premieres Jan. 20.ABC said “The Bachelorette” will air Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
