Look to candidates who have the right skillsets.
There is no magic formula for getting someone who will help you with supply chains.
There is no formula for who will do the right job for you, and who can deliver on your goals.
However, you should always look for the right candidate with the right skill set.4.
Make sure you are paying them properly.
If your business is paying for a super cook to help your staff, you may not be paying enough.
If your business pays for a consultant to help with supply chain, they are going to have to earn enough to pay for the consultant’s salary.
A consultant’s hourly rate may be lower than a regular kitchen employee’s.5.
Ask about their previous work experience.
If they are currently working as a super kitchen assistant, they will likely be familiar with the different skills needed to do their jobs.
For example, if you need a new washing machine for your house, they can probably help you get one.
If they have worked as a salesperson or a warehouse manager, they have probably had experience in both areas.
