SELENE FERGUSON, HOST: Now, the first chef on the show, the new host of The Kitchen Wars.
And, as he’s the first, he’ll be joined by a chef who has been in restaurants for so long, who has an award for best chef.
And that’s Chef John Pinto, who is actually the first person to take over the helm of a restaurant and a host of his own, so I’m going to introduce him and then we’ll see how he does.
So, I’m very excited about him.
Now, I know that we’ve been seeing some of the chefs that are getting the most press this year.
I mean, for example, I have been really, really excited about David Chang, chef of the future.
But this is a chef that’s been in a lot of kitchens for years.
So he’s been the guy that’s in the kitchen for, like, 10 years, right?
And he’s got a history of being in restaurants that has been so long.
And so he’s sort of been in kitchens for, you know, 20 years, so it’s kind of a little bit surprising to see that he’s going to be the first guy to take the helm.
So I’m excited about that.
But then we have, you see, I think you have to do a little research.
There are, like I said, a lot more chefs in the restaurants that you’re going to see, but you have some really great chefs out there that are not as well known, so you have a little more work to do.
And then you also have a chef in Japan, which is, you’ll notice that they’ve been kind of the surprise chef of last year.
They just didn’t have a very good year.
And I think the fact that you have the two of them in the same restaurant is going to do the job of getting the public excited about them, and that’s going, you’re not going to want to go out and get a new chef.
So it’s going a little easier for me.
So the chef that we’re looking for right now is, like you said, chef John Pinta, who’s been working in restaurants across the world for over 20 years.
And he is known for his love of sushi, and his love for the Pacific Northwest.
So we’re very excited to have him as a guest on The Kitchen War.
I’m not going, I’ve got to be careful because I want to make sure that he comes in with the right sushi sauce.
And we also wanted to try to find one that was really unique to the Pacific Coast, so we went back to a guy named Kevin Lassen.
He is, to be honest, a guy who’s had his work in some of our favorite places across the Pacific.
So you’ll see him on The Chef’s Table.
And this is his home.
And it’s a restaurant in the Pacific that is really unusual.
And when I heard that, I was, like wow, this is so rare.
But he’s, like really great.
So then we had, like a really great chef, and then a really, like amazing sushi chef.
Then I just, like it’s hard to know what to do with the chef.
But, you don’t have to wait to see him in a sushi restaurant, you can just go in.
But we wanted to find, like an incredible sushi chef that is, as you know with our shows, I can give you a little taste of, like there are really only about 20 sushi chefs in America.
And if you’re an aspiring sushi chef, you want to get out there and try to impress your peers.
You want to do it, like the first sushi chef you work with.
So our first guest on the program is a really good chef that will be a great addition to The Kitchen World.
So that’s chef, chef, John P. Pinto.

It’s actually a little while after he’s here.
It’ll take about 30 minutes.
Now we have a really nice Japanese chef that I’m really excited to work with, chef James Braid.
And they’ll be working on some sushi.

SELENA FERGENSON: You know, one of the things that’s exciting about cooking is that you can kind of change the way that you cook, or the way you prepare certain dishes, and you can also tweak your approach to things, and have different types of people work with you, because of the way in which you cook and prepare food.
But that also has an element of risk, of being, like some of these chefs that you work on have gone to culinary school.
