And that’s because restaurants are not only a place where people come to get high quality food, they are also a place that people come because of the fun, camaraderie and excitement of dining.
I’ve heard many different opinions on how to handle this, but I have to disagree with some of them, including the ones that say “just go there”.
In this article I want to discuss some of the most important tips to remember when you are in the kitchen and the importance of safety and cleanliness in the industry.
There are no guarantees that you won’t get into trouble.
The restaurant industry is dangerous and there are always people who would do anything to get ahead of you.
